Master Food Preserver and Indy Food Swappers founder Suzanne Krowiak teaches the basics of water bath canning, the simplest and most common canning method, in this introductory class for adults. Learn safety guidelines and which foods are appropriate for water bath canning, and watch a complete preserves recipe conducted from start to finish. Individual registration required.
