Adults, Teens, and Youth! Learn how model train switches work with a model of the Avon Big 4 Train Yard in the MakerStudio. You will be able to test the 16 foot track and, with a partner, compete in getting your train down the track. Some experience with model trains is helpful. This is a DCC (19 volts) HO scale layout with 28 function keys with bells, lights, horns and more.  If you are interested in learning how to set up a model train display this is a great opportunity for you to talk to our train enthusiast Mike McClanahan.
Event Type(s): MakerStudio Z, Adult Programs, Teen Programs
Age Group(s): Tweens (Grade 4 & 5), Teens (Grades 6 - 12 & College), Adults (18 and over)
